How to make a weekly cleaning crew schedule
- Choose the Monday for the week you want to schedule.
- Add each cleaning job with its date, cleaner, job site, start and end time, location, service, and notes.
- Check any overlap warnings before sending the schedule to your crew.
- Copy the week forward when the next week's schedule is similar.
- Print the finished weekly schedule or download a CSV.
Automatic cleaner overlap warnings
If the same cleaner or crew is assigned to overlapping times, the affected jobs are highlighted. Overnight jobs are also checked against early-morning jobs on the following day.
Copy a similar week forward
Use “Copy Week to Next Week” when your recurring cleaning route is mostly the same. The copied jobs move forward by seven days, and you can edit any changes afterward.
Frequently asked questions
Can two cleaners work at the same time?
Yes. Overlap warnings only apply when the same cleaner or crew name is assigned to overlapping jobs.
Does it automatically optimize driving routes?
No. This tool is a simple weekly schedule maker. It does not calculate routes, drive time, mileage, or GPS directions.
Can I schedule overnight cleaning jobs?
Yes. If the end time is earlier than the start time, the job is treated as ending the following day.
What does Copy Week to Next Week do?
It duplicates the current week's jobs seven days later. If the next week already has jobs, the tool asks before adding the copies.
Where is my saved schedule stored?
If you choose Save in Browser, the schedule is stored in local storage in this browser. It stays on this browser unless you clear browser storage or overwrite the saved data. See the Privacy Policy for current information about site data practices.
