When you choose Save in Browser, your recurring schedule setup is stored in this browser using local storage. The information you enter is not sent to Small Crew Tools for generating the schedule. See the Privacy Policy.
This planner generates dates from the recurrence rules you enter. It does not check holidays, travel time, staff availability, customer closures, or contract requirements. Review generated dates before relying on them for operations.

Recurring cleaning schedule generator for small cleaning businesses
A recurring cleaning schedule helps a cleaning company turn repeating client commitments into specific future service dates. This planner supports weekly service, biweekly service (every two weeks), multi-day weekly routes, monthly dates, and patterns such as the first Monday or last Friday of the month.
Unlike a crew-centered weekly schedule, this tool starts with the client or service site and its recurring visit pattern. You can optionally record a default cleaner or crew, then generate a consolidated schedule for the planning period you choose.
Frequently asked questions
What is a recurring cleaning schedule?
A recurring cleaning schedule defines when a client or site should receive repeating service. For example, a site might be cleaned every Monday, every two weeks on Tuesday, or on the first Saturday of each month.
Can I schedule cleaning every two weeks?
Yes. Choose Weekly / every N weeks, set Repeat every to 2 weeks, and select the service day or days. The start date anchors which weeks are included.
Can I schedule the first Monday or last Friday of each month?
Yes. Choose Monthly by weekday, then select First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last together with the day of the week.
What happens if I choose the 31st for a month with fewer days?
You can choose either to use the last day of the shorter month or to skip that month.
How is this different from a cleaning crew schedule?
This planner is centered on recurring client and site commitments. A crew schedule is centered on who is working each job during a specific day or week. You can store a default crew here, but the main purpose is generating recurring service dates.
Does the planner adjust for holidays or closed days?
No. The planner follows the recurrence rules exactly and does not know a client's holiday closures or your staffing availability. Review the generated dates and move individual visits in your operational schedule when needed.
Where are my saved recurring schedules stored?
If you choose Save in Browser, the recurring schedules, current entry draft, and planning window are stored in local storage in this browser. They stay on this browser unless you clear browser storage, use Clear All, or the browser removes stored data. See the Privacy Policy for current information about site data practices.
