Pressure washing estimate calculator for square-foot and flat pricing
Pressure washing crews often price different surfaces in different ways. This calculator lets you price a driveway, siding section, fence, patio, deck, or other service line using your own price per square foot or a flat price for that line.
Square-foot pricing uses the entered area multiplied by your rate. Flat pricing uses the fixed amount you enter. Job-specific charges and an optional minimum stay visible as separate inputs so the final estimate is based on your own business rules instead of preset pressure washing prices.

How does price per square foot work?
Enter the service area in square feet and the rate your business uses for that line. The calculator multiplies square feet by your rate.
Can I use a flat price instead?
Yes. Choose Flat price for a service line and enter the fixed amount you want to use. Square footage is optional reference information for flat-price lines.
Does the calculator include standard pressure washing rates?
No. It does not insert market averages or preset rates. You enter the pricing your business uses.
How does the minimum charge work?
If you enter a minimum charge and the subtotal is lower, the calculator adds only the amount needed to reach that minimum. If the subtotal is already higher, no minimum adjustment is added.
Does the estimate include sales tax?
No. The result is before sales tax. Apply any tax or business requirements that apply to your job separately.
