The timeline starts at Workday Start and uses the travel and service durations entered for each stop.
When you choose Save in Browser, this route sheet is stored in local storage in this browser. Route calculations run in your browser. Small Crew Tools does not receive the customer, property, or route details you enter for this tool.

How to make a daily lawn care route sheet
- Choose the route date, workday start, crew or route name, vehicle, and starting location.
- Add each customer or property in the order you plan to visit it.
- Enter your estimated travel time to each stop and the planned service duration.
- Review the calculated arrival and departure times, total travel time, service time, and projected route end.
- Reorder stops if needed, then print the crew route sheet or export CSV.
Daily lawn care route planner for small crews

Does this tool optimize the fastest route?
No. You choose the stop order manually. The tool does not use maps, GPS, traffic data, or an outside routing service.
What does “Travel to this stop” mean?
Enter the estimated travel time from the previous location to the current stop. For Stop 1, use travel from the starting location. The calculator adds those minutes to the timeline.
Can I load visits from the recurring schedule planner?
Yes. If the Lawn Care Recurring Schedule Planner has a saved browser copy, choose a route date and use Add Saved Recurring Visits. Matching saved schedules are added as stops, and you can then set travel time, service duration, and route order.
What if a stop has a preferred service window?
The preferred window is shown on the route sheet but does not automatically move or delay the calculated timeline. Use it as a planning note and reorder or adjust the route as needed.
How is this different from the recurring schedule planner?
The recurring planner generates which properties are due on future dates. This daily route sheet organizes the stops for one day, adds travel and service durations, and calculates a working timeline.
Where is saved route data stored?
Save in Browser stores this route sheet in local storage in this browser. It is not a cloud dispatch system, and the saved copy does not automatically sync to another device or browser.
